Make Your 2009 Cabana Reservations Now!
Now is the time to get your reservations in for the Wood Run III’s cabana area. The cabana area consists of a covered patio with large picnic table, an outdoor grill and a large well-maintained lawn area ideal for volleyball or other recreational activities. Wood Run III residents have the privilege of being able to reserve this fine facility for their use.
There is limited power at the cabana.

§ Note: all Cabana $20 reservation fees are earmarked towards the Wood Run III reserve funds.
ATTENTION: Due to the steadily increasing pool costs over the past few years, the Board has voted to implement a $20 cabana charge. This is because of the direct relationship between increased cabana use and increased pool use.
Phone Maximum Property Management, Inc. at 303-369-0800 ext. 1401 state that you are from Wood Run III, find out what days are available, express your desired reservation date, and make the reservation.
If your cabana day rains out, the $20 is non-refundable, but can be applied towards a future cabana reservation.
Increased Pool Security is the theme for Summer 2009:
- Increased Security. There will be MULTIPLE checks to the common area property when the pool opens. We expect this pool season to have less vandalism incidents. If you see suspicious people around the pool call the police or maximum property management, inc.
- Prevent Drowning – Close the Pool Gate!!! Wood Run III liability issues for the pool are a problem. Propping open the gate at the pool is not an acceptable practice as small children can wander in and drown.
All Pool vandalism should be reported to maximum and/or the Arvada Police
