If no, please provide three days and times for which you are available to meet with the Board of Directors to discuss your antenna installation. At this meeting, you will need to provide information supporting the necessity for the non-routine installation.

Wood Run Homeowners Association's Antennas Policy

DBS (Direct Broadcast Satellite) antennas and MDS (Multipoint Distribution Service) antennas with a diameter of one meter or less may be installed with only this notification to the Board of Directors provided that they are to be installed in locations on the Owner's Property that will permit the reception of an acceptable signal while minimizing visibility from the streets within Wood Run III. Those streets include; 82nd Place, 83rd Avenue, Independence Street, Iris Street and Court, Jellison Street and Court, and Johnson Street and Court. Television broadcast reception antennas must be installed in attics; numerous existing attic installations in Wood Run III provide excellent reception. No broadcast antennas (e.g. Short Wave, Ham Radio) are permitted.
