Lost your Pool Access card?
You need to call Maximum Property Management, Inc. at 303-369-0800 ext. 1400. Tell them you are from Wood Run III. They will get a card to you. The cost is $25.00
Pool Report and Card Key Information
Pool hours, for the 2008 season, will be 9 AM to 10 PM, everyday.
Increased Pool Security is the theme for Summer 2008:
- Increased Security. The Board has contracted a Security Services for increased patrols. There will be MULTIPLE checks to the common area property when the pool opens. We expect this pool season to have less vandalism incidents.
- Prevent Drownings – Close the Pool Gate!!! Wood Run III liability issues for the pool are a problem. Propping open the gate at the pool is not an acceptable practice as small children can wander in and drown. Therefore, the security company has been instructed to confiscate any pool card owner that props open the pool gate(s).
All Pool vandalism should be reported to Maximum Property Management, Inc. and/or the Arvada Police

Pool Closing Policy
The following pool closing policy applies should the Wood Run III pool water become unsafe due to discovery of fecal matter or other contaminating materials:
- Upon discovery of contaminating materials in the pool water, immediately inform everyone in the pool area and vacate the pool.
- Quickly notify Maximum Property Management, Inc. or one of the Wood Run III Board Directors of the contamination.
- Once notified, Maximum Property Management, Inc. or the Board Director will padlock the pool premises, post closed signs, and contact the pool maintenance contractor to begin the clean-up process.
- The pool will be closed a minimum of 48 hours after the clean-up process has begun to properly ensure that the contamination has been eliminated and that the water is safe to swim in.
