HOME SERVICE VENDORS

The following list is a compilation of home service vendors who have performed commendable work in the past for Wood Run III residents. The list was developed through references provided by Wood Run III residents.

We hope that this list will be a helpful starting point in contracting out work that you prefer not to do yourself. Please note that the Home Service Vendor List does not constitute an “Approved List” of vendors by the Wood Run Homeowners Association or its Board of Directors. The list is not intended to guarantee satisfactory workmanship or that the vendors listed will perform quality work for you.

As a friendly reminder, the Wood Run Homeowners Association Board of Directors recommends that before contracting for maintenance work on your home that you

(1.) Understand and comply with applicable Wood Run Homeowners Association covenants and architectural guidelines along with Arvada City building codes, ordinances, rules and regulations,
(2.) Get as many detailed written quotes as you can,
(3.) Ask to see proper work licenses, permits, etc.,
(4.) Ask for references and check them out, and
(5.) Check with the Better Business Bureau at 303-758-2100 or check their website location at www.denverbbb.org.
