Dear Wood Run Neighbor:
Welcome to our neighborhood! We hope that you enjoy your new home and
neighbors. Also, we look forward to meeting you at the Wood Run Homeowners
Association Annual Meeting or other neighborhood functions throughout the year.
A few pertinent facts that may help you get settled:

Covenant Information |
- Enclosed are your copies of:
- the Wood Run Homeowners Association Covenants
- the Wood Run Homeowners Association Bylaws
- the Wood Run Homeowners Association Architectural Guidelines and
Forms
- list of the Wood Run Homeowners Association Board of Directors
- Please review these documents so you will be familiar with our rules
and guidelines.
- Your Board of Directors meets once a month on the second Thursday of
every month.

Architectural Committee Information |
- All modifications to the exteriors of our properties, including
painting, must be submitted to the Architectural Committee for
approval prior to beginning the project.
- The Architectural Committee meets from April through September, and
other times as necessary, to review applications for changes to Wood
Run III homes.
- The Board of Directors conducts an annual neighborhood inspection
every spring to review the neighborhood and identify maintenance
problems. If any property maintenance issues need to be addressed, you
will be notified by mail after the annual inspection is completed.

Trash and Recycling |
- Trash removal is paid for through our assessments and is picked up
every Thursday, unless there is a holiday. In case of holiday, trash
is picked up the following day.
- Recycling is picked up every other Thursday, following the same
holiday rules as the trash cycle. They take glass, newspapers,
aluminum cans and plastic bottles.
- Dumpsters are rented for the spring and fall clean up efforts in the
neighborhood. On those weekends the dumpsters can be found in the pool
parking lot.

Pool Information |
- The Wood Run III Pool is traditionally open between Memorial Day and
Labor Day Weekend.
- If you did not receive a pool key at closing, please contact
Maximum Property
Management, Inc.
- The Cabana and picnic area can be reserved for private parties;
contact
Maximum Property
Management, Inc.
for reservation information and rules for the use of
the facility.

Newsletter Information |
- The Wood Runner newsletter is published 3 times a year.
- The most recent copy of the newsletter is enclosed for your review.

Neighborhood Competitions and Happenings |
- Wood Run is a fairly active neighborhood in that it often has:
- landscaping competitions
- neighborhood clean up days in the spring and fall
- Christmas lights competitions
- Fourth of July parade
- ice cream socials
- Wood Run III web-site at www.woodrun3.com
- Annual Meeting (usually held the third week in April)
